Jury Awards $2M Verdict After Plaintiff Rejects $11K Settlement Offer

A jury in Toombs County, Georgia recently awarded $2 Million to a plaintiff injured in a rear-end collision. The case went to trial after the plaintiff rejected the insurance company’s top settlement offer of only $11,000. Even though the plaintiff had pre-existing medical conditions, the jury still agreed that the accident caused his permanent and life-altering injuries.
