  • William P. Evans has practiced personal injury law for over 40 years in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Evans holds an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating awarded from this prestigious legal directory.

    Mr. Evans’ practice emphasizes representing individuals injured as a result of another’s negligence. Mr. Evans has successfully litigated, tried to jury, and settled catastrophic injury cases for his clients involving tractor-trailer collisions, vehicular collisions, premises, liability injuries, elevator-escalators trip and falls, and various other negligence claims.

  • Kyle Evans Smith practices personal injury and workers’ compensation law, serving all injured persons across the state of Georgia. She graduated from Davidson College in 2010 and attended law school at Georgia State University College of Law, graduating cum laude in 2014. While in law school, Ms. Evans Smith was the recipient of several awards and accolades, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Insurance Law. She also interned for the Dekalb County Solicitor-General’s Office and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

    Prior to joining Evans Law Group, Ms. Evans Smith spent nearly three years practicing workers’ compensation and general liability law with one of the largest insurance defense firms in Atlanta. This experience provides Ms. Evans Smith with first-hand knowledge of the tactics insurance companies often use to take advantage of injured persons. She now uses this unique perspective to obtain the maximum recovery available for persons injured at work or due to the negligence of others. Since 2017, Ms. Evans Smith has obtained millions of dollars in recovery for her clients.

 
  • Michelle L. Foster (Paralegal to William P. Evans and Kyle Evans Smith) has worked with the firm for over 22 years. She graduated from Clayton College & State University with an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies. She also holds a Paralegal Certificate and is a member of the Georgia Association of Paralegals (GAP), and the National Federation of Paralegal Association.
